Pathfinder 2e items come from the Pathfinder Second Edition system for Foundry Virtual Tabletop (release pf2e-8.5.1), Pathfinder spells from Archives of Nethys, D&D 5e spells from Open5e and D&D 5e items from the D&D 5e API (dnd5eapi.co). Entries have been reformatted for search and display.
