Your group already runs its game in Discord. Now the loot record lives there too. Log what the party found in one line, split the gold, and let the channel keep the tally, so nobody at the table has to be the accountant.
FreeD&D 5e, Pathfinder 1e and 2eSame campaigns as the web and Android app

The fight is over and the DM reads out the haul. Someone types one line: three potions of cure light wounds at 50 gold each, a silk rope, 250 gold. The bot turns that into three potions, a rope and a pile of coins, prices the rope from the Pathfinder item database because nobody gave it a price, and posts the lot to the channel. Nobody opened a spreadsheet, and nobody has to remember it next week.
; separates items. Quantity, name and price in any order.
A price you type wins. A name the item database knows gets its book price.
Money on its own becomes coins, ready to split.

Unidentified items post under their cover name with no value. Hidden items post as a hidden item and nothing else. The DM sees the real names, and the DM commands answer the DM alone. The tarnished silver ring stays a tarnished silver ring until somebody identifies it, and the surprise the DM prepped survives contact with the party.

A pile of coins in the loot, one distribute, and every purse moves at once. The split follows the campaign's own rule: an equal share each, the party fund takes a share if you have that turned on, and whatever will not divide stays with the banker instead of vanishing into rounding.
The ledger keeps who got what, so the question never comes back a week later.

Every new item, sale, split and payout posts to the channel as it happens, whether it came from Discord, the web app or the Android app. Scroll back and the history is there, in the place the group already reads.
Nobody keeps a private spreadsheet, and nobody has to ask who took the potions.

The bot works on the same campaign as the D20 Loot Tracker web and Android app, with the same accounts and the same rules. Change something in Discord and it is on everyone's screen in the app a moment later, and the other way round.
When you want the bigger picture, equipment slots, encumbrance, hoard prep, the full ledger, open the app. The channel is for the moment the loot lands. Spellcasters cast, refund, refocus and rest from the channel too, and purses, buying, wages, transfers, containers, charges and attunement are each one command.

The loot lands in the channel that is already open next to the voice call. Nobody alt-tabs to a spreadsheet mid-fight.
The game is the text channel. Now the loot is too: log it, claim it and split it in the same scroll as the story.
The group chat is Discord anyway. The DM types the haul once at the table, and every purse is right before the next session.
One shared channel, everyone's own campaign. Each player picks theirs once, and answers post for the whole channel to see.
Three steps and the next session's loot lands in Discord. The setup guide walks through each one with pictures.

Once. Discord's own sign-in connects the two accounts.
