When adding an item, check 'Unidentified' and enter a fake name. Players see only the fake name until you click 'Reveal' to show the true identity.

Click the eye icon on any item to hide it. Hidden items appear completely blurred to players but remain visible to the DM. Items auto-reveal when assigned.

When editing any item, add tags in the DM Tags field. These appear as small badges visible only to you, helping you track special items secretly.
