Delete your D20 Loot Tracker account

D20 Loot Tracker by Connor Provines, on the web at app.d20-loot-tracker.com and on Android.

Delete it yourself

  1. Sign in at app.d20-loot-tracker.com or in the D20 Loot Tracker Android app.
  2. Tap Account at the top right.
  3. Choose Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately. You don't need the app installed; the website works the same way.

What is deleted

  • Your account: your email address and password.
  • Every campaign you own, with everything in it (loot, gold, the ledger, players, containers, maps and notes), for everyone in it. The app lists these campaigns before you confirm.
  • Your place in other people's campaigns. Their campaigns stay; you are removed from them.

What is kept

  • Database backups roll off within 90 days, as the privacy policy says.
  • Error reports contain no email or name, only an anonymous id, and expire within 30 days.

Delete some data, keep your account

  • A campaign you own: choose Delete on it in the campaign list. Everything in it is deleted, for everyone in it.
  • A campaign someone else owns: choose Leave on it in the campaign list.
  • A cover image: open the image on the campaign list and choose Remove image.
  • Items and players: remove items from their Actions menu, and players from the campaign's Settings.
  • Anything else: email connorprovines@gmail.com from the address on the account and say what to delete. It will be deleted within 30 days.

Can't sign in? Ask by email

Email connorprovines@gmail.com from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete my D20 Loot Tracker account”. It will be deleted within 30 days, and you'll get an email when it's done.
